We were at the World CX Forum in Riyadh on January 24-25. It was a great experience meeting like minded people, exchanging ideas and brainstorming new ways to push the boundaries of CX. Our CEO, Yash Sultania was a panelist and the event and he delivered awards to CX professionals and companies.
