Profile Description:

 

Asa Sales Lead-Middle East, you will be at the forefront of driving the success of the company. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement a strategic sales plan that will not only achieve revenue targets but also align with the company's overall objectives. This requires a deep understanding of the SaaS industry and the ability to identify market trends and opportunities. Leading and managing a high-performing sales team will be a key aspect of your role along with building and nurturing strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, resellers and partners is crucial for driving business growth and securing new opportunities. You will be the face of the company, representing its products to potential clients.

 

In this role you will:

 

·      Developing and implementing a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and company objectives.

·      Leading and managing ahigh-performing sales team, including hiring, training, and coaching sales representatives.

·      Building and nurturing strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, resellers and partners to drive business growth and secure        new opportunities.

·      Collaborating with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to align sales strategies and ensure a cohesive        approach.

·      Monitoring industry trends and staying updated on market competition to identify new sales opportunities and adapt strategies        accordingly.

·      Managing the existing quota and building on it to grow the revenue and increase the clientele

 

 

We would love to hear from you if you have:

 

·     10+ years of proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, preferably in the SaaS industry.

·     5+ years of experience primarily in Middle East market. Experience in other overseas market will be an advantage

·     Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills to effectively present and sell the company's product.

·     In-depth knowledge of SaaS sales processes, including lead generation, pipeline management, and closing deals.

·     Exceptional leadership and team management abilities to motivate and inspire the sales team.

·     Demonstrated collaboration with marketing, customer success and product peers.

·     Analytical and strategic thinking to develop data-driven sales strategies and make informed business decisions.

·     Ability to performing fast paced start up environment

·     Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or technology. MBA or other relevant certifications are a plus.
