As a Data Scientist , you will play a pivotal role in supporting the CEO and executive leadership, ensuring the efficient operation of the company, and driving strategic initiatives. This position requires a proactive, highly organized, and versatile individual with excellent communication and leadership skills.

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated Lead Data Science Engineer with 4+ years of experience in Python, Pandas, Machine Learning, and AI. As a Lead Data Science Engineer, you will play a key role in developing and implementing innovative solutions to complex data-driven problems. You will work closely with a team of data scientists, software engineers, and stakeholders to drive the success of our data science initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of data science solutions to support business goals and objectives
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyse data, design experiments, and test hypotheses
• Develop and maintain models, algorithms, and data pipelines to drive data- driven decision making
• Design and implement automated data collection and processing systems
• Mentor junior data scientists and provide technical guidance to the team
• Communicate results and insights to stakeholders and help drive data-driven decision making
• Stay current with the latest advances in machine learning and AI, and apply these technologies to the business

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in Python, Pandas, Machine Learning, and AI
• Strong experience in data analysis, modelling, and algorithms
• Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns
• Experience in building and deploying machine learning models in a production environment
• Familiarity with database technologies such as SQL and NoSQL databases
• Experience with big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, and AWS
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to present complex ideas in simple terms
• BS or MS in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field
• Experience leading a team of data scientists is a plus.
